Gathering for all Tulsa OK September :-)
We are having a HALO/GROWW Roundup aka Gathering, for ALL. Charlene has been kind enough to do all the work. I will keep the message board updated.

Save the weekend of September 14, 15, 16, 17, 2006 for a ROUND UP here in Tulsa, Oklahoma!
Char met with a very nice lady today at one of Tulsa's Hotels that is willing to work with me in planning such an event. This will be a HALO-GROWW Event. I have LOTS of work to do yet but can tell you that I am positive everyone would have a GREAT time! Needless to say, I don't have all the money parts of the weekend figured out yet but will email them to any one that is definately interested once I have them set.

The Hilton is next door to WalMart in case needed, about 2 blocks (give or take a bit) from a Casino, across the street from Oral Robert's University, close to several types of eating places. The Hilton itself also has a restaurant and a bar and an outside pool.

Thursday: Sept 14

Zoo, Aquarium, Woolaroc, OK City Memorial, Casino (I’ve sent for a packet of info)
Shopping:
Malls on 71st Street
Indian Store
Friday night:

Candle lighting ceremony for our loved ones

Social time:
Saturday: September 16

We are in the final stages of planning the Halo-Groww Round-Up and need people to sign up ASAP. The more that attend, the cheaper this event will be. Please email Char@healingafterloss.org with a commitment to attend.

The Fee for all of this? This is why we need more people to sign up. As it stands at this moment the cost will be:
15 people: $85.00
20 people: $80.00
25 people: $75.00 (if we could get more then this, the price could drop a bit more)
Now don’t go having a heart attack when looking at these numbers….remember, this will include 4.….yes that’s FOUR meals plus helps with other expenses of putting this event on.

I hope to encourage all who are thinking of attending. This will be my 6th gathering and I can only describe them as "awesome". Please check out pictures of past gatherings and you will notice that smiles do reign as do real hugs. I hope to see lots of you in Tulsa.

We need to know by August 20th if you will be attending the GROWW/HALO Roundup in Tulsa next month. It is open to all Members.
See previous emails for details. The amount for the festivities and 4 means is $85.00 per person. The room rates are $76.00 plus tax.
We'd love to see you if you can make it.

September is fast approaching. For those that emailed me with interest in attending this year's Halo-GROWW Round Up, if you have NOT sent your fee, please do so ASAP. I have to turn in the costs of our meals in soon. If you have NOT received an email from me stating that I received your fee, please get hold of me ASAP.
